Submission

All content submitted to Study Overseas Hub via form or other means for applications, complaints, and queries are processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Study Overseas Hub is not liable for any technical, hardware, or software errors, data loss, or unavailable network connections that limit or prevent the upload of content. We may use any content that you provide, but we cannot guarantee that we will. Study Overseas Hub may, at its discretion, screen, review, edit, or moderate your submissions, but is not required to do so. Unless otherwise stated, your obligation to pay any fees or other charges owed to Study Overseas Hub in connection with the service will remain in effect even after this Agreement has expired or been terminated.

Refunds

There will be no refunds, credits, or cancellations unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of payment, indicated in writing by us, or as may be required by applicable law (such as being unable to access the service because of our problem).

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Study Overseas Hub and/or its affiliates, associates, and/or service providers will not be liable, whether in contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory, with respect to any subject matter of this agreement for any of the following: (1) Study Overseas Hub has taken time and effort to assure the accuracy of the content on the Website. However, no stated or implied assurance is offered as to the accuracy or availability of the information, and Study Overseas Hub accepts no liability for its use, interpretation, error, mistake or omission. We make no guarantee that the information on the website is suitable for any specific purpose (2) For actions committed by the education provider, including but not limited to the use and misuse of personal information, delay, acceptance, rejection, and other outcomes resulting from the application/admissions process of any partner education provider or others ; (3) any special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of replacing products or services; (4) for any disruption or inability to access the Study Overseas Hub site or any Content; (5) any discussions, interactions, or meetings you may have with someone you communicate with as a result of or in the course of using the Study Overseas Hub site (6) • Study Overseas Hub shall have no liability for any breach, failure, or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Certain jurisdictions and laws may prohibit some or all of the disclaimers contained in this section. If such jurisdiction or law applies to the subject matter of this Agreement, the foregoing disclaimers shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

These terms will remain in full force and effect once you access the site. Study Overseas Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the platform at any time and for any reason. Your account and your right to access and use the Website will terminate immediately upon termination of your rights under these Terms. You understand that any termination of your account will result in the removal of your User Content from our active databases.

You may also terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account or sending an email to webactivities@studyoverseashub.com. Study Overseas Hub will use reasonable efforts to remove your content, except for cached files and data required for retention.

Changes

We reserve the right to change this terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you via email and update the “Last Updated” date. Any changes or additions will take effect immediately after the new terms and conditions is posted on the site. You are urged to check for modifications to this terms and conditions on a frequent basis. By using the site following the posting of an updated terms and conditions, you are deemed to have been made aware of, consented to, and accepted the changes.
